Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary during product launches, promotional periods, or public holidays.


Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as New Chapel Rose cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back

to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange your item within 14 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Important Information

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Sale items (if applicable) may be excluded from returns unless faulty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.
